Pointe Course
Lets Pointe to Safety
An online in-depth course, one and a half hours weekly for four-weeks, for students to set a solid foundation for their pointe work training.
In an intimate Zoom class, working together to help you find the best pointe shoes for your feet, how to prepare your shoes to get the best out of them as well as, most importantly, working on strengthening exercises specifically for pointe work.
This is an interactive, live course that allows you to have “one to one” access to the highest quality pointe shoe education and insight into the history and importance of safety.
Cygnets Ballet Class
Sudbury Cygnets is a ballet class leading to Royal Academy of Dance examinations and class awards for children which are specially devised by the Royal Academy of Dance.
Children’s classes which are suitable for girls and boys. From age 4 through to age 12.
Sudbury Silver Swans
Silver Swans has been specially devised by the Royal Academy of Dance for older learners to help improve mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels.
A fun social class which is suitable for all abilities, for people aged 55+.
